Ripfactory's MD series brings full automation to the CD ripping process in a tailored, custom hardware range.

The MD series is designed as adedicated hardware plaform for the Ripstation product family, allowing collections from 25 to 600 CD’s to be loaded at any one time and converted without the need for an operator with its unattended operation.

Loading is simple, as spindled CD’s may be placed directly onto the input bays in a matter of seconds and are retrieved at the cycle end just as quickly, allowing for a 60 second batch load from start to finish.

The MT series comprises four models – the MD4 with 4 drives and 600 disc capacity, the MD2 with 4 drive 300 disc capacity, the MD1 with a single drive and the latest MD1XC with 75 disc capacity allowing throughput of 56, 35 and 20 CD’s per hour respectively.

With large I/O capacity in and out, the MD2 and 4 is fitted with Pioneer 111D ’s and AMD equipped PC's as standard to ensure accuracy and detailed error reporting and is fully managed within the Ripstation environment.

Based on current replication mechanics from industry leaders MF Digital, the MD range has been designed with reliability and stability for 24/7 operation.

Support for the MD range is localised per country with a fast Return to Base policy and a readily accessible support team whatever the time zone.

The MD series is available bundled with Ripstation Lite or Ripstation V4.2 on a per unit basis.
